Green Spirits Healing

Warriors Garden Pilot Program

This program will teach veterans basic Gardening, mindfulness, energy work, grounding and the importance of food security. We want veterans to leave the program with a basic understanding of how to build a garden and plant and maintain fruits and vegetables. We want them to be able to grow for themselves and the community. And leave with tools to manage themselves and their gardens.

We will come together and build a garden at VFW 10254 over two days. During this two day period we will be build raised beds and fence off a plot of soil. We will build soil, add nutrients, fill the raised beds, plant seeds and cuttings, and water day one. Day two will include irrigation systems, bug and pest management, managing heat and cold, creating compost/living soil, and identifying and dealing with common issues.

Find Your Path Program

There will be a break in outdoor activities during the heat of the day to focus on the find your path program, mindfulness exercises, grounding tools and group therapy. This program will include online learning and continuing education. There will be opportunities for volunteer work and continuing therapies.

Love is Source, Balance Heart and Mind to Become the Driving Force
We are souls, manifesting from the Source. We are a union of spirit and flesh upon this earthly plane. As humans we forget we are inter dimensional beings that can’t be slain. We forget that Love is Source, and so are We. We are Love, and Love is Free! We are mind, body and soul. Through effort, suffering, and wisdom we are transformed and made whole. Balance your Heart and Mind to become the driving force.
Love is Source, Soul are We

Schedule of Events

Workshops
& Demos

Green Spirits Healing is committed to scaling our initiatives in gardening, plant medicine, and alternative therapy projects through the support of volunteers and sponsors. As we increase our volunteer base, we will enhance our community engagement by organizing workshops and training sessions that empower individuals to cultivate their own gardens and explore the healing properties of plants. This grassroots approach not only expands our reach but also fosters a sense of community ownership and responsibility.

With more sponsors on board, we plan to invest in high-quality seeds, tools, and educational resources, which will enable us to establish larger demonstration gardens. These gardens will serve as living laboratories where volunteers can experiment with different plant species known for their therapeutic benefits. By showcasing a diverse array of plants, we aim to educate the community about the potential of plant medicine as an alternative or complementary healing path.

As our gardening initiatives grow, we will integrate alternative therapy projects, such as mindfulness and meditation sessions in garden settings. This combination will provide holistic healing experiences for participants and encourage a deeper connection to nature. We will also facilitate partnerships with local health practitioners to offer complementary therapies that emphasize the benefits of plant medicine.

In summary, with the increase in volunteers and sponsors, Green Spirits Healing will scale our efforts by enhancing community engagement through expanded gardening programs, improving access to plant medicine knowledge, and integrating alternative therapies to create a comprehensive healing environment. Through collaboration and community involvement, we will ensure that our projects not only thrive but also positively impact the health and well-being of the communities we serve.
